Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.
You may still use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill to refill your prescriptions.
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

Pharmacy

We fill prescriptions from military and civilian providers for all eligible beneficiaries for items routinely stocked in the Pharmacy. A copy of the current formulary list is available from the pharmacy. Services provided include: prescription pick-up; new prescriptions; Self-Initiated Care Kit; and prescription refills.

TRICARE Formulary Search Tool

Use the TRICARE Formulary Search Tool to look up your drug. A search can tell you:

  • Formulary status (generic drug, brand-name drug, non-formulary drug, non-covered drug)
  • Where the prescription can be filled
  • Copayments and limitations, such as prior authorization
  • Coverage review requirements and forms
  • Alternative medications, including costs

To start your search, you’ll need to put in the brand name or generic name of the drug and then select the strength prescribed, as well as your sex and age.
